Extern remiss av Postförmedlingstjänster. Syftet med upphandlingen/remissen är att kunna erbjuda ett ramavtal som ska underlätta för köp av tjänster inom postförmedling. Upphandlingen omfattar postförmedlingstjänster som ska tillgodose den upphandlande myndighetens behov av hämtning och utdelning av postförsändelser och paket. I denna externa remiss vill vi utreda oklarheter och förslag på förbättringar inför den skarpa annonseringen av upphandlingen.
