Description
A Avaliação das Bolsas de doutoramento, aprovada no Plano de Avaliações do PESSOAS 2030, visa avaliar: (i) o papel dos fundos europeus no reforço da “pool” de ativos altamente qualificados; (ii) as estratégias para atrair estudantes para doutoramentos em ambiente não académico; (iii) os efeitos dessas estratégias nas taxas de doutorados em emprego não académico; (iv) os mecanismos que podem ser utilizados para estimular doutoramentos mais alinhados com as estratégias europeias e nacionais.
