Das SBB BTC (Bahntechnik Center) in Hägendorf ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Herstellung von Schienen für das SBB-Netz. Dazu benötigt die SBB eine Anlage zur automatisierten Herstellung von Schienen. Die SBB erwartet ein Angebot für eine Fertigungszelle, insbesondere folgendes beinhaltend: - Automatische Zuführung (Einlaufmagazin): Rollbahn mit Querverschiebung für Langschienen (bis 120m) - Automatische Beschriftung & Kantenbrechung - Automatischer Bunker (Auslaufmagazin): Rollbahn mit Querverschiebung für Kurzschienen (36m) Der Leistungsumfang umfasst unter anderem folgende Punkte: - Fertigung, Montage und Abstimmung der Anlage - Dokumentationen - Werksabnahme - Transport und Lieferung - Inbetriebnahme - Training und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden - Probebetrieb - Endabnahme der Anlage
