Predmet nabave je organizacija i pružanje usluge prijevoza sportaša i/ili sportskih delegacija i/ili drugih sudionika sportskih događaja, u okolnostima koje karakteriziraju: • promjenjiv i neizvjestan raspored (ovisno o rezultatima kvalifikacija i plasmanima), • potreba za mogućnošću istodobnog angažmana većeg broja vozila, • operativna dostupnost 24/7 tijekom trajanja natjecanja, • kratki rokovi reakcije i izmjene plana prijevoza u realnom vremenu, • povećana odgovornost prema sportašima kao izravnim sudionicima natjecanja, • organizacijski i reputacijski rizik u slučaju kašnjenja ili neizvršenja.
