Der Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist 1. die Weiterführung der laufenden Wartungs- und Supportleistungen aus dem Vertrag „AUS21L040-P90 Wartungsverlängerung“, 2. ein Dienstleistungskontingent für Weiterentwicklungen und Anpassungen und 3. die Wartung für die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung aus Position 2 für die Applikation P90 (Erfassung und Abwicklung von Verfahren nach §90 StVO (Straßenverkehrsordnung)), sowie der Webapplikation Baustellenmeldungen (Baust) und des Rechercheclients.
