Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec émission de bons de commandes avec minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 2° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant minimum correspond au montant du poste 1 (prestations forfaitaires). Le montant maximum ne dépassera le minimum + 150 000 euro(s) HT par période (poste 2 prestations supplémentaires). La durée du marché débutera à compter du 1er octobre 2024 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est ultérieure pour une durée de 40 mois (16 mois fermes et 24 mois éventuels). Il s'agit d'une mission d'astreinte pour assurer la réception des appels en-dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'office et d'une mission d'intervention d'urgence pour assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes ainsi que la remise en fonctionnement des équipements
