La présente consultation a pour objet l'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour l'optimisation et la réorganisation technique et opérationnelle des tournées de collecte des déchets ménagers et assimilés, ainsi que pour l'accompagnement de la Métropole dans sa stratégie de conteneurisation et de déploiement des points d'apports volontaires sur son territoire. La prestation demandée devra permettre aux élus de METZ MÉTROPOLE de disposer de l'ensemble des informations et analyses nécessaires pour retenir les solutions adéquates sur ces deux volets de la gestion des déchets. La présente consultation est composée d'une partie forfaitaire découpée en 3 phases et d'une partie en accord cadre à bon de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum de 40 000 euro(s) HT
