Description
Hankinnan kohteena on palvelumuotoiluprojekti. Projektin tavoitteena on lopputuotos, joka toimii perustana asiointipalvelun ja asiakaspalvelun työpöydän toteutusprojektin kilpailuttamiselle ja tuotosten avulla voidaan ohjata toteutusprojektin suunnittelua ja kehittämistä. Tarjouspyynnössä pyydetään erikseen myös asiantuntijoille tuntihinta, mikäli työn edetessä havaitaan hankinnan kohteeseen liittyvä lisätarve tai muutos sisällössä. Kehitystyö liittyy palvelumuotoiluun, käyttöliittymä/käyttökokemussuunnitteluun tai ratkaisuarkkitehtuuriselvityksiin.
