Upphandling av ramavtal avseende Arkitekttjänster. Upphandlingen omfattar två kompetensområden Arkitekt Tidiga skeden, vilket främst avser arkitektuppdrag kopplade till programhandlingar, stadsbyggnadsanalyser, volymstudier, visualiseringar, och strategiska gestaltningsunderlag etc.Arkitekt Projektering, vilket främst omfattar arkitektuppdrag kopplade till bygglov, systemhandlingar och byggnadshandlingar etc.Fyra leverantörer kommer att antas. Varje leverantör ska kunna tillhandahålla tjänster inom båda kompetensområdena.
