Upphandlingen avser ett fastighetssystem, en digital plattform för hyresadministration, förvaltning och underhåll av både hyresfastigheter och lokalfastigheter.  Alingsåshems övergripande målsättning med upphandlingen är att få ett fastighetssystem med en teknisk och arkitektisk utformning, som möjliggör integrationslösningar med andra system, stor flexibilitet och som utvecklas kontinuerligt och stödjer innovation och nya digitala tjänster. För att på så sätt möjliggöra anpassning till förändrade verksamhetskrav hos Alingsåshem, utan att skapa tekniska inlåsningar eller leverantörsberoende.
