Description
Umeå Energi är i behov av att ersätta nuvarande diarie- och ärendehanteringssystem. Eftersom Umeå Energi omfattas av offentlighets- och sekretesslagens krav på registrering av allmänna handlingar (diarieföring) måste det nya systemstödet rymma en grundläggande diarieföringsfunktionalitet. Det nya systemstödet måste även kunna hantera flera olika diariedatabaser (eller instanser) eftersom Umeå Energi utgör en koncern med flera juridiska personer. Umeå Energis gamla (1996-2023) diarieinformation ska migreras över till det ersättande systemstödet på ett sådant sätt att återsökningar i diarieinformationen är möjligt på ett enkelt sätt.
