Dans le cadre du déploiement de sa nouvelle stratégie d'achat d'ouvrages de raccordement offshore, RTE souhaite l'appui juridique et contractuel d'un cabinet d'avocats dans le cadre de deux consultations relatives à l'achat de stations de Conversion HVDC (une consultation relative aux stations de conversion 525 kV, et une consultation relative aux stations de conversion 320 kV).
