Description
La consultation a pour objet l'appui des pays éligibles à l'élaboration de leur demande de financement du Nouveau Cycle de Financement du Fonds mondial. Il est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires. Les titulaires du contrat cadre sont sélectionnés en vue de la conclusion d'un contrat-cadre multiple avec remise en concurrence entre les contractants, au nombre de douze (12) au maximum. Le contrat-cadre est conclu pour une durée de douze (12) mois à compter de sa date de notification. Le contrat-cadre est reconduit tacitement trois (3) fois au maximum, aux mêmes conditions, sauf si Expertise France informe le contractant par écrit de son intention de ne pas le reconduire et si cette notification est notifiée au contractant deux mois avant l'expiration de la première période de 12 mois.
