Beskrivning av uppdraget Konsulterna ska utföra förvaltning av regionens vårdsystem. Arbetet innebär att genomföra beslutade ändringar av befintlig konfiguration samt att förbereda och konfigurera nya moduler och funktioner. Arbetet bedrivs i team tillsammans med regionens medarbetare och omfattar:Löpande ärendehantering och felavhjälpning Planerade förändringar som genomförs sprintbaseratPraktiska konfigurationsuppgifter såsom att lägga upp nya enheter, konfigurera processer, ansluta integrationer och sätta upp mallar, samt genomföra tester vid systemuppgraderingarUtveckling av processer och tekniska ramverk för automatisering, inklusive konfigurationsscript, deploy-pipelines och automatiserad dokumentation av systemkonfiguration. Förväntningar Regionen förutsätter inte att konsulter har förkunskaper om regionens vårdsystem vid avtalsstart — utbildning tillhandahålls av regionen. Regionen söker konsulter som är drivna, engagerade och tar ansvar för sitt arbete. Stor vikt läggs vid samarbetsförmåga och kommunikation, då arbetet sker i nära dialog med regionens medarbetare.
