Offentlig upphandling av ansökningssystem för hantering av forskningsansökningar avseende RJ:s återkommande utlysningar (ordinarie stödformer), riktade utlysningar och forskningsfinansiering utan utlysningsprocess samt tillhörande tjänster (inklusive implementering, licens, underhåll, support och utvecklingsarbete).
