Description
Upphandlingen avser anropsstyrda transporttjänster inom främst Serviceresor vilket omfattar samhällsbetalda transporter som färdtjänst- och sjukresor (särskild kollektivtrafik), men även kompletterande trafik till den allmänna kollektivtrafiken, så kallad Närtrafik, för resenärer som har långt till närmaste busshållplats eller tillgång till ett begränsat kollektivtrafikutbud eller andra anropsstyrda turer. För transporter inom Serviceresor förfogar Region Blekinge över ett antal fasta basresurser. Uppdraget avser de tilläggsresurser som får tas i anspråk vid trafiktoppar då basresurserna inte räcker till. Transporterna kan därför komma att behöva avropas med kort varsel.
