Description
Regionen har för avsikt att ingå avtal om underhåll och support av sitt befintliga utskriftssystem och skrivarutrustningar med den nuvarande avtalsleverantören Toshiba Tec Nordic AB på grund av tekniska skäl. Regionen har inhämtat leverantörens intyg om att ingen annan marknadskonkurrent än Toshiba Tec Nordic AB innehar utrustningstillverkarens certifieringar som krävs för underhåll och support av upphandlingsföremålet. 6 kap. 14 § 2 p. lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling är tillämplig i det aktuella förfarandet, med anledning av att konkurrens saknas av tekniska skäl.
