Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι προμήθεια και μεταφορά 10.500 τόνων αντιπαγετικού άλατος για τις εργασίες αποχιονισμού και αντιμετώπισης του παγετού στο Εθνικό οδικό Δίκτυο της Περιφέρειας Δυτικής Μακεδονίας Έδρας (ΠΔΜ Έδρα) (4500 τόνοι + 2000 δικαίωμα προαίρεσης) και στο Επαρχιακό Οδικό Δίκτυο της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Κοζάνης (ΠΕ Κοζάνης) (4000 τόνοι) (CPV 34927100-2) O ανάδοχος θα αναλάβει με δικά του έξοδα και την μεταφορά των ποσοτήτων άλατος στους τόπους που θα του υποδειχθούν από την αρμόδια υπηρεσία. Η ανάληψη από την πλευρά του αναδόχου και της μεταφοράς του άλατος, με δικά του έξοδα, κρίνεται αναγκαία, για την ορθή εκτέλεση της προμήθειας, από άποψη περιορισμού του συνολικού κόστους και επιπλέον για την διευκόλυνση των εργασιών αποχιονισμού από τεχνική άποψη, από τα αρμόδια συνεργεία, σε σχέση με τον καλύτερο και ταχύτερο συντονισμό των διατιθέμενων μέσων και αναγκαίων πόρων, ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους έντονων χιονοπτώσεων και χαμηλών θερμοκρασιών. H παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα:  ΤΜΗΜΑ 1 Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας ‘ΕΔΡΑ (6.500 τόνοι) : (4.500 τόνοι+2.000 δικαίωμα προαίρεσης) εκτιμώμενης αξίας 514.150,00 € συμπ.
