Αντικείμενο της παρούσας είναι η ανάθεση επιμέρους συμβάσεων παροχής υπηρεσιών μεταφοράς μεταφοράς, με επιστροφή, ατόμων με αναπηρία, (ΑΜΕΑ) από Τμήμα 1: το Δήμο Σερβίων στο Ειδικό Εργαστήρι Κοζάνης και Τμήμα 2: Αυλές Δήμου Σερβίων στο Κέντρο Διημέρευσης Ημερήσιας φροντίδας για ΑμεΑ Ταξιδευτές Ελπίδας, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 155 του Ν. 4483/2017 «Μεταφορά ΑμεΑ» για το έτος 2026 (εκτιμώμενες ημέρες 250) και σύμφωνα με τα αναλυτικά αναφερόμενα στη παρούσα και τα Παραρτήματα. Οι προς παροχή υπηρεσίες αφορούν τη μίσθωση κατάλληλων μεταφορικών μέσων, δημόσιας χρήσης, που πληρούν τους όρους ασφαλείας, για τη μεταφορά μαθητών Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης χωρικής αρμοδιότητας Π.Ε. Κοζάνης, από τον τόπο κατοικίας τους στη σχολική τους μονάδα και αντίστροφα, για τα σχολικά έτη 2025 Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 60130000-8 Υπηρεσίες Ειδικών Οδικών Μεταφορών Επιβατών. Οι επιμέρους συμβάσεις που θα συναφθούν υποδιαιρούνται, στα ανωτέρω Τμήματα 1 και 2 και δύναται δυνατότητα υποβολής προσφοράς για οποιοδήποτε εκ των δύο ή και των δύο Τμμημάτων.
