Description
Upphandlingen omfattar annonsering i lokaltidningar med spridning inom Skellefteå kommun. Den är uppdelad i tre anbudsområden enligt följande: Område 1 – Annons i dagstidning Avser annonsering i tryckta dagstidningar som utkommer minst fem dagar i veckan och har bred spridning inom Skellefteå kommun. Tidningens innehåll ska i huvudsak vara redaktionellt.Område 2 – Annons i Digital tidning Avser annonsering direkt på tidningens webbplats, inklusive mobilanpassade versioner, appar eller andra digitala gränssnitt där nyhetsinnehåll publiceras. Detta inkluderar exempelvis banners, eller andra digitala annonsformat som visas för besökare på webben.Område 3 – Annons i Gratistidning Avser annonsering i tryckta gratistidningar som delas ut utan kostnad till hushåll eller finns tillgängliga på publika platser.Leverantören kan välja att lämna anbud på ett eller flera områden. Kommunen kommer anta en leverantör för område 1 och flera leverantörer för område 2 och 3.
