Description
The purpose of the service contract awarded following this Competitive Dialogue is to deliver every year (in the period 2026-2029) an ESPON Barometer on local housing markets for the whole Europe. This annual ESPON barometer shall bring innovative insights in the policymaking processes aiming at developing affordable housing at the EU, national or local levels.
