Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à deux accords-cadres mono-attributaire avec émission de bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 2° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du CCP. La durée des marchés débutera à compter du 1er novembre 2024 pour une durée globale de 47 mois (11 mois fermes et 36 mois éventuels). Il s'agit de la fourniture et pose d'équipements/mobiliers (création/remplacement) dans les logements des résidences étudiantes de l'office
