Description
La présente mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage a pour objectif d'accompagner le maître d'ouvrage dans la réalisation de l'aménagement du port de l'Aube à Nogent-sur-Seine, du début des études opérationnelles et des concertations jusqu'à l'obtention des autorisations réglementaires (AEU…) et l'attribution des marchés de travaux. Le marché est composé d'une tranche ferme et de deux tranches optionnelles. Visite des lieux obligatoire conformément au règlement de consultation. Durée maximum d'affermissement des tranches : 48 mois. Le candidat devra disposer de références dans le domaine du port fluvial ; il devra avoir mené des missions similaires au présent marché. Le marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification (qui devrait intervenir courant mai 2024) jusqu'à la bonne exécution totale de la mission. Variante non autorisée.
