Description
Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet l'achat de plantes, arbres et arbustes. Il prend la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire par lot avec montant maximum et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commande. Le marché prendra effet à compter du 1er janvier 2026 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Il pourra ensuite être renouvelé 2 fois expressément pour une période d'un an sans pouvoir excéder le 31 décembre 2028. Il est composé de 2 lots. Variantes autorisées. Prix révisables annuellement. Financement sur le budget ville. Paiement par mandat administratif sous 30 jours.
