Description
Le présent appel d'offres prend la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire par lot avec montant maximum annuel. Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commande. Il est composé de 3 lots. Le marché devrait prendre effet à compter du 1er janvier 2026 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Il pourra ensuite être renouvelé 3 fois expressément pour une période d'un an sans pouvoir excéder le 31 décembre 2029. Reprise du personnel pour le nouveau titulaire du lot n°2. Visite sur place obligatoire. La procédure est entièrement dématérialisée. Variantes non autorisées. Prix révisables annuellement. Financement sur le budget ville. Paiement par mandat administratif sous 30 jours.
