Hankinnan kohteena ovat aivokudoksen happiosapaineenmittausanturi-yhdistelmäkatetrit (NEUROVENT PTO INCLUDING BOLT-DRILL KIT) NPS2-monitoriin. Hankittavat tarvikkeet ovat laitesidonnaisia teho-osastolla jo oleviin Raumedic NPS2-monitoreihin sopimuskaudelle 10.5.2028 asti. Tarvikkeiden ainoa olemassa oleva toimittaja on Nords Medical AB. Suorahankinnan perusteena on hankintalain 40§: teknisestä tai yksinoikeuden suojaamiseen liittyvästä syystä vain tietty toimittaja voi toteuttaa hankinnan.
