Description
The objective of this Request for Tender is to establish a framework of marine recruitment agencies for the provision of temporary ships crew to support the work of Irish Lights. It is envisaged that the framework will be established with a maximum of 3 Agencies. Thereafter the services will be drawn down as contracts in accordance with the rules contained in the tender documentation.
