La consultation porte sur l'acquisition de produits et matériels d'entretien divers nécessaires à l'hygiène et au bon fonctionnement des restaurants des écoles de Saint - Denis. La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert en application des dispositions de l'article R2124-2 du CCP. La présente consultation est décomposée en 2 lots faisant chacun l'objet d'un marché distinct. Le marché prend effet à la date de notification pour une période ferme de 4 ans. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum
