Description

Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie acorduri-cadru cu ofertanţii ale căror oferte vor fi declarate admisibile după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, cu valabilitate de 24 luni de la semnarea de către ultima parte, atribuind ulterior, prin reluarea competiţiei între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordurilor-cadru, contracte subsecvente/comenzi subsecvente de furnizare a materialelor de construcții pentru imobilele din administrarea D.A.L.I., stabilite de către autoritatea contractantă în invitaţia de participare la reluarea competiţiei. Elementul care face obiectul reluării competiției este prețul produselor solicitate. La momentul actual, la nivelul D.A.L.I. nu se află în vigoare acorduri-cadru ce au ca obiect furnizarea de materiale de construcții. În documentația de atribuire nu se regăsesc enumerate și nu vor fi ofertate anumite materiale indicate punctual, ci doar tipuri de materiale de construcții la modul general care fac parte dintr-un grup de materiale, aferent fiecărui lot în parte. Informații referitoare la modul de întocmire a propunerii financiare se regăsesc atât în la secțiunea IV din fișa de date, cât și în Formularul 3- Centralizator de prețuri…
