Description

Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie un acord-cadru având ca obiect furnizare piese de schimb necesare analizatoarelor pentru detecția drogurilor din salivă tip DRAGER DrugTest 5000, de fabricație DragerSafety AG & Co KGaA, Germania. Acordul-cadru va avea o durată de valabilitate de 15 luni și va intra în vigoare după semnarea de către ambele părți. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile. Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate fără reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru. Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificarile solicitate in termenul precizat la sectiunea I.3 Comunicare din fisa de date. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipează că va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: 63.104,00 RON. Frecvenţa contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi încheiate: un contract subsecvent la 3 luni.
