Description
Acord - cadru în baza cărora se vor încheia contracte subsecvente de furnizare stingatoare incendiu tip P6, P9, P12, P50, SM6, SM9, SM50, G5 si P6D. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 161, alin (1) din Legea 98/2016. . Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile, conform art. 160, alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016 si ţinând cont şi de prevederile Notificării ANAP cu privire la modalitatea de punere în aplicare a dispoziţiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016. Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata să răspunda la solicitările de clarificări sosite după termenul stabilit. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
