Description

Achiziția se va realiza prin încheierea unui acord cadru pe o perioada de 12 luni incepand estimativ cu luna aprilie 2025(30.04.2025-30.04.2026), pentru loturile 1,2, 3, 4, 5 si 6 în baza acestuia, de contracte subsecvente, deoarece există o fluctuație permanentă a indicatorilor (persoane private de libertate alocate la hrană) care stau la baza calculelor necesarului de produse, dar și o trimestrializare a bugetului anual. Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate de regula cu frecventa trimestriala, in functie de alocatiile bugetare, iar livrarea produselor se va face conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini. Autoritatea contractanta va incheia si contracte lunare in situatia in care nu dispune de alocatii bugertare pt incheierea celor trimestriale pt urmatoarele loturi: Lot 1 - Carne porc - pulpă degresată cu os refrigerata min 14000 kg – max 20000 / acord cadru si min 1200 kg – max 14000 kg / contract subsecvent; Lot 2 - Cârnaţi afumaţi min 3500 kg – max 9000 kg / acord cadru si min 450 kg – max 3500 kg / contract subsecvent; Lot 3 - Slănină afumată min 2000 kg – max 6000 kg / acord cadru si min 290 kg – max 2000 kg / contract subsecvent; Lot 4 - Carne pasare - pulpă pui far…
