Prestare servicii de transport aerian ocazional, conform contractelor subsecvente sau comenzilor subsecvente acordului-cadru, care vor fi încheiate pe durata valabilitatii acestuia. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
