Obiectul acordului cadru îl constituie furnizarea de uree, ingrasaminte complexe 15.15.15, sulfat de amoniu si ingrasaminte foliare, din depozitele furnizorului, cu plata în termenul stabilit prin contractul subsecvent de achiziţie.
