Obiectul acordului cadru îl constituie furnizarea de pesticide, din depozitele furnizorului, cu plata în termenul stabilit prin contractul subsecvent de achiziţie. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent – 23.217,00 lei fara TVA; Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent – 179.590,00 lei fara TVA; Valoarea estimata fara TVA a Acordului Cadru: intre 128.433,00 si 5.045.070,00 Monedă: RON Cantitatile maxime si minime aferente acordului cadru sunt conform caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile maxime si minime aferente contractelor subsecvente ale acordului cadru sunt conform caietului de sarcini. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Cantitatile prevazuta in caietul de sarcini, sunt orientative si nu se constituie in obligatie contractuala. Aceaste cantitati au fost estimate la nivelul consumului mediu din anii anteriori. Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui trimestrial, in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante.
