Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu un singur operator economic pe perioada a 12 luni, produsele ce vor fi livrate la centrele din municipiu si judet aflate in subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite fara reluarea competitiei. Cel mai mare contract subsecvent urmeaza a se incheia pe durata a 6 luni.
