Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu un singur operator economic pe perioada a 12 luni, produsele ce vor fi livrate la centrele din municipiu si judet aflate in subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. In derularea activitatilor din cadrul etapelor procesului de achizitie publica sunt implicate doua persoane din cadrul compartimentului Achizitii-Publice-Contractare-Servicii-Sociale si Aprovizionare. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite fara reluarea competitiei. Cel mai mare contract subsecvent urmeaza a se incheia pe durata a 6 luni. Contractele subsecvente se preconizeaza a se incheia dupa cum urmeaza: - Un contract subsecvent in perioada iunie 2026 – noiembrie 2026, valoare estimata 907.921,93 lei fara TVA; - Un contract subsecvent in perioada decembrie 2026 – mai 2027, valoare estimata 876.680,73 lei fara TVA; Pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului/acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul sa suplimenteze sau sa diminueze cantitatile prevazute initial, conform prevederilor legale in vigoare, modificarile urmand a fi comunicate si prestatorului, avand in vedere fluctuatia de asistati din cadrul centrelor din…
