Contractul este unul de furnizare de produse având ca scop dotarea unităţilor de învăţământ preuniversitare din Sectorul 2. Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde eventualelor solicitari de clarificari / informatii suplimentare: cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, printr-un raspuns consolidat, cu conditia ca solicitarile sa fi fost transmise in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3) respectiv, cu 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
