Description
Le marché a pour objet l'achat de produits d'entretien, d'hygiène de ouate et de petit matériel de nettoyage nécessaires au fonctionnement des services municipaux de la Ville de Caluire et Cuire. Les fournitures et prestations attendues sont détaillées au sein du CCTP et du BPU propre à chaque lot Durée du marché : 1 an, à compter du 10/07/25 ou de sa date de notification si postérieure, renouvelable tacitement trois fois un an . Reconduction expresse anticipée selon modalités du CCAP Accord cadre mono-attributaire, conclu sans minimum et avec maximum, exécuté à bons de commande. Lot 1 - Montant maximum annuel : 200 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 - Montant maximum annuel : 20 000 euro(s) HT (lot réservé) Le lot 2 est un lot "réservé" en application de l'article L2113-12 du Code de la Commande Publique
