La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre multi-attributaires ayant pour objet l'entretien et des travaux de Plomberie pour l'exploitation du patrimoine de GRANDLYON HABITAT. Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre multi-attributaires régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et/ou l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. - Les marchés subséquents conclus sur la base de cet accord-cadre concernent la réalisation de travaux d'exploitation de « Gros entretien » et / ou des « Gros travaux » d'investissement, sur les résidences de GrandLyon Habitat, pour des gros travaux (> 10 000 euro(s) HT) et des travaux à forte technicité. - Les bons de commande passés concernent la réalisation de travaux d'exploitation d'entretien courant (dépannage et travaux avant relocation) et / ou de « Gros entretien », des résidences de Grand Lyon Habitat, pour les travaux d'entretien courant…
