Description
Le CEA organise une procédure d’appel d’offres ouvert en vue de l’attribution, à un Titulaire unique, d’un accord-cadre portant sur la réalisation de prestations de gestion et de paiement de taxes de maintien de ses brevets (ci-après désigné « l’Accord »). L’accord-cadre sera exécuté, au fur et à mesure, par l’émission de bons de commande tel que prévu à l’Accord. A titre indicatif, la date prévisionnelle de démarrage de l’accord-cadre est le 1er mai 2025, pour une durée maximale totale de 48 mois (2 ans fermes puis 2 ans optionnels). Les premiers paiements correspondent aux taxes de maintien venant à échéance en septembre 2025.
