Description
Le marché sera conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi attributaires à marchés subséquents pour les lots 1 et 2, relatifs aux opérations de construction neuve ou en réhabilitation. Pour les lots 3 et 4, le marché sera conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bon de commandes mono attributaire pour les opérations de gros entretien sur le patrimoine d'ACM Habitat. Plus précisément, les prestations de chacun des lots sont les suivantes : LOT 1 : Missions de contrôleur technique pour les opérations de constructions neuves et de réhabilitation; LOT 2 : Missions de coordination de sécurité et de protection de la santé pour les opérations de constructions neuves et de réhabilitation; LOT 3 : Missions de contrôleur technique pour les opérations de gros entretien; LOT 4 : Missions de coordination de sécurité et de protection de la santé pour les opérations de gros entretien
