Description
La consultation porte sur la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, à marchés subséquents, de Maîtrise d'oeuvre Urbaine pour l'île de Nantes, régit par les dispositions des articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-14 du CCP. Cet accord-cadre est composé des trois volets suivants : - Définition et conception du projet urbain, réponse pertinente aux enjeux climat (atténuation/adaptation/accueil du vivant) et aux fondamentaux sociaux et solidaires de l'île de Nantes : production d'un plan guide urbain, climatique et social, qui intégrera la dimension temporelle de la transformation, le suivi général de la mise en oeuvre du projet, la mise en place d'une démarche participative volontaire (Volet A) ; - Accompagnement des projets de construction neuve et accélération de la restructuration de l'existant (rénovation, densification, renaturation…) (Volet B) ; - Conception et / ou transformation des espaces publics pour tous, préfigurer, faire projet avec la dimension chantier et le transitoire (Volet C - décliné en C1-C2-C3).

- Quality — CRITERE 2 : Compréhension des enjeux du projet de l'île de Nantes et intentions 35%
- Price — CRITERE 3 : Prix des prestations 30%, analysé sur la base du montant total du DQE.
