Description
Le présent accord-cadre composite de maitrise d'oeuvre a pour objet de concevoir et diriger les travaux de restructuration des plateaux (bâtiment nord), de la plateforme évènementielle de l'ancien Marché d'intérêt National de Nantes et d'assurer la cohérence technique globale du projet MIN DE RIEN. Il se décompose en deux parties : • UNE PARTIE A - MARCHE PUBLIC A PRIX GLOBALE ET FORFAITAIRE PORTANT SUR LA RECONFIGURATION MIN DE RIEN NORD - LES PLATEAUX • UNE PARTIE B - ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE PORTANT SUR DES INTERVENTIONS PONCTUELLES SUR LE SITE MIN DE RIEN. MIN DE RIEN se situe à l'angle du Quai Président Wilson et de la rue du Sénégal à Nantes. Les missions relatives à chaque partie sont détaillées dans le CCTP.
