Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'entretien, le dépannage (P2), la garantie totale (P3GT et P3e) et les travaux afférents aux appareils et installations de production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire individuelle pour l'ensemble du parc d'habitation de l'OPH Plaine Commune Habitat. Il sera également demandé aux Titulaires des lots 1 et 2 d'intervenir sur les ballons électriques et cumulus du patrimoine de l'OPH Plaine Commune habitat. Les prestations sont plus précisément décrites dans le CCTP. Les prestations s'exécuteront sur le patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat, situé dans le département de la Seine-Saint-Denis (93). Le présent accord-cadre est alloti, et comporte 3 lots au total. Chaque candidat a la possibilité de répondre à un ou plusieurs lots et doit présenter un dossier complet pour chaque lot. Cependant, un même candidat ne pourra se voir attribuer qu'un seul lot pour les lots N°1 et N°2. Chacun des candidats ayant remis les offres économiquement les plus avantageuses, dans les conditions listées ci-dessous, sera désigné titulaire d'un des deux premiers lots de l'accord-cadre.
