Description
L'accord-cadre avec un maximum annuel de 70 000 euro(s) HT est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an, à compter de la date de sa notification. Les délais d'exécution des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Toutefois, si le montant annuel de l'accord-cadre est atteint avant la fin de la période en cours, l'accord-cadre pourra être reconduit de manière anticipée. Le bon de commande qui ne pourra plus être passé sur une période du fait du dépassement du montant maximum, sera le facteur déclenchant de la reconduction tacite. La date de ce bon de commande correspondra à la date de reconduction de l'accord-cadre. Le titulaire en sera alors informé par courriel ou par courrier
