Description

L'accord cadre régi porte sur la réalisation de chantiers de création ou de réhabilitation, avec tranchée et/ou sans tranchée, sur réseaux d'eaux pluviales et d'eaux usées. A titre indicatif, le Syndicat prévoit la réalisation d'une dizaine d'opérations par an de création ou de réhabilitation, avec tranchée et/ou sans tranchée, sur réseaux d'eaux pluviales, d'eaux usées et unitaires. L'accord-cadre est passé sous forme d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des dispositions des articles L2124-2 et R2124-1 et R2124-2 du code de la commande publique
