Description
Senaatti-kiinteistöjen hanke Mikkelin keskusarkiston laajennuksesta osoitteessa Kalevankankaantie 10, Mikkeli. Tontilla on vuonna 2018 valmistunut arkistorakennus, jonka yhteyteen laajennus sijoittuu. Laajennuksen koko on noin 8000 brm². Keskusarkiston laajennuksella tavoitellaan Kansallisarkiston toiminnan tehostamista tilankäytöllisesti Suomessa ja varmistetaan samalla keskusarkiston tilojen korkea käyttöaste. Laajennuksen hyllykapasiteetti tavoite on 100 hyllykilometriä, jotka sijoitetaan kymmeneen olosuhdehallittuun arkistomakasiiniin, joiden säilytysjärjestelmän toteutetaan Double decker -siirtohyllyjärjestelmällä (kaksitasoiset). Lisäksi laajennukseen toteutetaan karttamakasiini, tuotanto-, toimisto- ja sosiaalitilat sekä asiakastilat. Laajennuksella on korkeat käyttöikä(runko 200 vuotta) ja palotekniset vaatimukset. Alustava aikataulu: Hankesuunnitelma valmis syksyllä 2026. Investointipäätös talvella 2027. Suunnittelun aloitus keväällä 2027. Toteutuksen aloitus keväällä 2027. Käyttöönotto syksyllä 2027. HUOM! Hankkeelle ei ole vielä investointipäätöstä.
