Description
Hankinnan kohteena on väistökoulurakennuksen peruskorjaus ja muutostyö, jossa rakennus muutetaan viisiryhmäiseksi päiväkodiksi sekä Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen käyttöön tulevaksi perhekeskukseksi. Hankkeessa toteutetaan rakennuksen käyttötarkoituksen edellyttämät korjaus- ja muutostyöt. Rakennukseen rakennetaan lisäksi uusi väestönsuoja, ja kiinteistön piha-alueita kunnostetaan. Urakan tarkempi sisältö ja laajuus määräytyvät Projektipankki Prossa olevien suunnitelmien, työselostusten ja muiden tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti https://www.projektipankki.pro/BidPublic/Bids.aspx?ID=39 . Hanke toteutetaan jaettuna urakkana. Rakennusurakoitsija toimii hankkeen pääurakoitsijana, ja muut urakoitsijat alistetaan rakennusurakoitsijalle erillisen alistamissopimuksen mukaisesti. Kaikille tarjoajille pakollinen tutustuminen kohteeseen Huhkolantie 2b 32700 Huittinen ma 12.10.2026 klo 14-15.30, vko 42.
