Description

Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης κτιρίων και εγκαταστάσεων (Hard & Soft FM Services) που συνδυαστικά εξασφαλίζουν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων της ΚΠΙΣΝ Μ.Α.Ε, για πέντε (5) έτη, και με δικαιώματα προαίρεσης για την ανάθεση επιπλέον απολογιστικών εργασιών και για την παράταση της διάρκειας για έως δώδεκα (12) μήνες, όπως αυτές περιγράφονται στο Παράρτημα Ι της Πρόσκλησης. Αναλυτικά το αντικείμενο των υπηρεσιών της Σύμβασης καθώς και των δικαιωμάτων προαίρεσης περιγράφεται στο Παράρτημα Ι της Πρόσκλησης. Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της Σύμβασης, με τα δικαιώματα προαίρεσης, δηλαδή με το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την ανάθεση επιπλέον απολογιστικών εργασιών και με το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την παράταση της διάρκειας για έως δώδεκα (12) μήνες, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 38.485.217,56 €, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, δηλαδή στο ποσό των 47.721.669,77 €, με ΦΠΑ. Η αξία αυτή αναλύεται ως εξής: Η αξία της Σύμβασης ανέρχεται σε 6.047.190,60 €, ανά έτος, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, δηλαδή 7.498.516,34 €, ανά έτος, με ΦΠΑ.
